We make our retained searches our top priorities. Each retained search will have a dedicated recruiter solely focused on your search until we have candidates presented. Our Recruiters, using information gathered from the initial intake call, will thoroughly vet for top potential candidates. After identifying top candidates, your Account Manager will present their resume and a detailed summary of their overall experience.

We will prepare our candidates, schedule all interviews, provide feedback throughout, and partner with both parties through offer presentation, negotiation, and acceptance. We are transparent with our clients if candidates are interviewing elsewhere. We will walk each candidate through resigning their current position along with combatting any counteroffer concerns.
