Project Scheduling & Execution: Develop and manage the project timeline, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
Quality Assurance: Monitor construction activities to confirm they meet design specifications and quality standards.
Safety Oversight: Enforce safety protocols on-site and take proactive measures to address any hazards.
Subcontractor Coordination: Assign tasks, supervise subcontractor performance, and ensure their work aligns with project goals.
Stakeholder Communication: Keep consistent and clear communication with clients, engineers, field teams, and other stakeholders.
Cost Management: Track expenditures and help keep the project within budget limits.
Site Operations Management: Oversee daily job site activities, including materials handling and equipment upkeep.
Issue Resolution: Tackle challenges or unexpected problems quickly to avoid project delays.
Progress Reporting: Provide timely updates and reports to relevant stakeholders on the project's status.
